Marketing Your Small Business Made Easy

Aim

You will come away with a good basic understanding of how to:

  • derive a marketing strategy

  • build the framework of a marketing plan

  • cost the plan

  • determine the basic relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

 

Why

With these four basic elements you will have a good understanding of what channels and tactics are suitable for your business (i.e. should you be using Social Media and if so, why? Is email, or even direct mail, out of date?  Will a price promotion work for you? Etc.). 

 

You will have all the basic foundation business information required for building your own strategy and effective  campaigns and know what you are going to do and why!

 

How

A one day seminar given to a maximum of 10 attendees at a time.  The content is a mixture of formal teaching mixed with lots of small practical exercises.  You will need to do about an hour's prep work before the day.

Designed specifically for people who run their own business.

Cost

£350 (VAT not applicable) for each attendee from one company and £75 each for any other attendees from that company.
