Marketing Strategy for Dummies
Aim
You will come away with a good basic understanding of how to:

derive a marketing strategy

build the framework of a marketing plan

cost the plan
-
determine the basic relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Why
With these four basic elements an SME management team will have a good understanding of what channels and tactics are suitable for their business (i.e. should we be using Social Media and if so, why? Is email, or even direct mail, out of date? Will a price promotion work for us? Etc.).
They will have all the basics for briefing specialist agencies and understanding whether those agencies have delivered or not. If they are going for the DIY approach to their marketing, they will have the foundation business information required for building their own campaigns.
How
A one day seminar given to a maximum of 15 attendees at a time. The content is a mixture of formal teaching mixed with lots of small practical exercises.
Who
Designed for senior management in SMEs or entrepreneur teams. Attendees will gain the most from the course if at least two people attend from their company.

The next seminar will be held in The Wellington Park Hotel in Belfast on Thursday 3rd March 2016. Start at 9am and finish at 5pm.
Cost
£300 (VAT not applicable) for the first pair of attendees from one company and £100 each for any other attendees from that company.
